REFUND & RETURN POLICY

General Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products and strict handling requirements, we operate a limited returns and refunds policy to ensure product safety, integrity, and compliance with UK regulations.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on:
  • Opened or used products
  • Temperature-sensitive items (including peptides requiring refrigeration)
  • Items where the seal has been broken
  • Products returned without original packaging
This is in line with UK consumer hygiene and safety exemptions under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:
  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, please provide:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

  • A replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund (including delivery costs where applicable)

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued where:
  • The item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The order was cancelled before dispatch
Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect storage after delivery
  • Delays caused by courier services outside our control

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of the products.

Shipping & Delivery

We take care to package all peptide products appropriately. However:
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive deliveries
  • We recommend selecting tracked and expedited shipping where available

Storage Responsibility

Peptides often require specific storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration).
Once delivered:
  • Responsibility transfers to the customer
  • Improper storage voids eligibility for refunds or replacements

Compliance & Intended Use

Our products are sold strictly for:
  • Research and laboratory use only
They are not intended for human consumption.
Refunds will not be granted for misuse or misunderstanding of product use.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:
  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
